I had closed Chrome, but it still told me Chrome was open (I think it keeps some processes in the background) and wouldn't let me change the SLI. I checked that out, but the video card software now won't let me change without shutting down even the programs that run my mouse and keyboard. I've updated all my drivers, so if anyone has any other ideas, feel free to share! On a side note, now that I can launch LOTRO after resetting my SLI connection, the game (or something Windows 10 did) now makes my PC run hot, and it crashed on me. This has worked for me in other situations. Also, try starting LOTRO as RUN AS ADMIN. ![]() So, go to the Nvidia Control Panel, select the MAX 3D performance option (this reconnects SLI), then restart LOTRO. I also have NVidia 400 series SLI cards, and Windows 10 disconnected my SLI connection. Try the SLI/NVidia fix I mentioned above.
